Barbecue Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork tenderloin, all fat removed and cut into 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 x 7-inch strips
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. red food coloring
    1/4 tsp. Chinese 5 spice
    3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
Preparation
    Mix and marinate meat overnight. Bake on a rack at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes each side.
