Shrimp Or Crawfish Etouffe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    stick of butter
    1 small onion, diced
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    parsley flakes
    2 cans tomato sauce
    2 lb. shrimp (or crawfish)
    2 c. brown or white rice
Preparation
    Melt
    stick of butter in a saucepan; add onion, pepper, garlic and parsley flakes.
    Simmer until onions are clear; add tomato sauce, 1/2 can of water and meat.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is done.
    Serve over rice.
