Banana Shrub(Slush) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    2 c. granulated sugar
    3 ripe bananas
    3 to 4 qt. ginger ale
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Mix water and sugar in a pan; bring to a boil.
    Cool.
    Mix a small amount of pineapple and orange juice with the banana in a blender until smooth.
    Add the rest of the juices and blend until smooth.
    Add juice mixture to water and sugar mixture.
    Freeze in ice cube trays.
    One half hour before serving, set out and pour ginger ale on top.
