Low Fat Chocolate Eclairs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Low fat graham crackers
    2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding, fat free and sugar free
    3 c. skim milk
    1/2 carton low fat Cool Whip
    1 can 97% fat free chocolate frosting
Preparation
    Layer 9 x 13 inch baking dish with crackers.
    Mix pudding with milk and add
    Cool Whip. Spread over crackers.
    Cover with another layer of graham crackers.
    Melt frosting in microwave for 1 minute and pour over top.
