Satiny Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. butter or oleo
    2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in powdered sugar.
    Set saucepan in bowl of ice water.
    Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until frosting holds its shape.
    Yields 3 cups.
