Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    cooked rice
    fresh tomato slices or 16 oz. can tomatoes
    onion slices
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops lightly on both sides.
    Place in a casserole dish. In layers, cover each chop with cooked rice, tomato and onion slices or canned tomatoes, soup and water.
    Lightly salt and pepper each layer.
    Cover casserole and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour, depending on size of chops.
