Heather'S Chicken Frito Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken, cooked and diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large can Pet milk
    1 large diced onion
    1 small can green chiles, diced
    1 large pkg. plain Doritos
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 minced garlic clove
    1 lb. grated sharp cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and garlic in butter.
    Add soups, milk, chicken and chiles; stir until warm.
    In 3-quart casserole, put chicken mix and 1/2 chips.
    Top with remaining chips and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika for color.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 (uncovered) for 30 minutes; let stand a few minutes before serving to set.
    Serves 6.
