Hummingbird Cake(Note: Do Not Beat It As You Mix It Together.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
2 scant c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. pecans
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick margarine
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
small amount of milk

Preparation

Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Cream margarine and cheese thoroughly, then add confectioners sugar, small amount at a time, blending well between additions.
Thin to desired consistency with milk.
Spread between layers, on top and sides of cake.
