Funnel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine eggs and milk.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to milk and eggs.
Beat until smooth.
Test mixture to see if it flows through a funnel easily.
If too thick, add milk.
If too thin, add flour.
Heat oil.
Pour into funnel. Release batter into oil moving the funnel to make a spiral shape. Fry until golden, about 30 minutes.
Turn carefully.
Cook 1 minute more.
Drain on paper towel.
Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.
Makes 4 cakes.
