Fresh Strawberry Frost - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. fresh strawberries
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
fresh strawberries for garnish

Preparation

Wash strawberries; remove caps.
Mash or blend well.
Mix sugar, milk and vanilla. Stir in strawberries.
Scoop ice cream into tall glasses.
Pour strawberry mix over the ice cream. Garnish with whole uncapped strawberries.
Yields 7 servings.
