Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, cocoa and salt.
Add milk to mixture slowly. Beat egg yolks slightly and add to filling.
Stir in vanilla. Cook slowly in a double boiler until thick.
Pour in a baked pie crust and add meringue while filling is still hot.
Bake in a slow oven until light brown.
