Chicken & Creole Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts, boiled and chopped
    6 c. cooked brown rice
    1 can Cream of Chicken soup
    1/2 stick of butter
    1-2 Tbsp. Creole spice
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a 2 qt. casserole dish.
    Sprinkle about 1 Tbsp. of Creole spice on top of butter.
    (I prefer Konriko brand.)
    Mix together cooked rice, cooked chicken pieces, soup, and 1 - 2 T. of Creole spice.
    Pour on top of spiced butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
    Serves 8.
