Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. zucchini, grated (about 3 or 4 zucchini)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix lightly but well.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Mix until blended, then add nuts and raisins.
    Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Yields 2 loaves.
