Jalapeno Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese (Colby Jack may be substituted for Mozzarella)
    1 small jar sliced jalapenos
    1 c. Bisquick mix
    2 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    Pam cooking spray
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with Pam.
    Place all cheese in pan and top with sliced jalapenos.
    Mix Bisquick, 2 eggs and evaporated milk together.
    Pour mix over cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cheese is golden brown on edges.
