Stuffed Celery - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. assorted dry vegetable flakes
1/2 tsp. onion flakes
3 Tbsp. water
2 oz. Neufchatel cheese
4 large celery stalks, ends trimmed
paprika
Preparation

In 1 cup measure, combine vegetable and onion flakes; add the water.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High for 20 to 45 seconds, or until flakes are soft.
Set aside.
Place cheese in small bowl.
Reduce power to (50%) Medium.
Microwave 20 to 45 seconds, or until softened.
Stir in vegetable flakes.
Stuff celery with cheese mixture.
Cut each stalk into 5 pieces. Sprinkle with paprika.
