Yeast Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Sift
    dry ingredients together; mix well.
    Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Mix buttermilk, eggs and oil;
    add dry ingredients
    until\twell
    blended.\tAdd yeast.
    Let rise. Will keep for
    3
    or
    4\tdays
    in refrigerator.\tMakes great crepes which can
    be
    frozen.
    Make
    any vegetable or meat filler for crepes.
    Just use your own imagination.
