Wild Chokecherry Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chokecherry juice
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Bring ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan.
    Turn heat down and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Skim off scum.
    Pour into jars and seal.
    Process in boiling hot water bath for 10 minutes. Makes 3 batches, 4 pints.
