Cream Cheese Mints(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. half and half
    1/4 c. soft butter
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. white creamy frosting mix
    1 tsp. peppermint extract
    food coloring as desired
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese at Medium High power about 2 minutes.
    Add butter and half and half.
    Microwave for another 45 to 60 seconds on Medium High to High power until butter is melted.
    Stir at least once.
    Add frosting mix.
    Micro at High power 2 minutes, stirring and whisking until mixture is smooth and creamy.
    Add peppermint extract and food coloring of your choice.
