Homemade Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 oz. instant coffee
3 c. boiled water
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. vodka
1 vanilla bean, cut in 1/3 pieces

Preparation

Make the coffee; let cool.
Add vodka to sugar-coffee mix. Add vanilla beans; mix well.
Turn occasionally.
Let stand 28 days.
