Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced unpared zucchini (can be grated)
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely diced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, snipped
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 clove minced garlic
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients and spread in pan.
    Bake until golden, about 25 minutes.
    When cool, cut into small rectangles.
    Refrigerate any leftovers.
    Makes approximately 4 dozen.
