Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
4 to 6 potatoes
8 to 10 slices Velveeta cheese

Preparation

Cook hamburger (drain).
Peel potatoes and boil until done, drain, mash with buttermilk.
Use a large square cake pan.
Put a layer of hamburger in pan, then mashed potatoes.
Add a layer of cheese.
Cover with foil, place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve hot.
Serves 6.
