Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. corn meal (self-rising)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. hot milk
    boiling water (enough to make a \"mush\")
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 2-quart casserole.
    Mix sugar and salt with corn meal, blending well.
    Add butter and pour in 1 1/2 cups boiling water, stirring constantly.
    Allow to cool.
    Beat eggs with baking powder until very light and fluffy.
    Add to corn meal mixture.
    Stir milk into mixture and pour into casserole dish. Place in pan of water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
