Low Calorie Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can vegetable or tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated carrot
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley or cilantro or 1 tsp. dried
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce or 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shake well in a jar.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
