Ingredients

1 frozen pound cake
1/4 c. orange flavored liqueur or orange juice
2 c. chilled vanilla pudding
2 c. whipped cream
2 c. (1 pt.) strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
Preparation

Cut cake into 3 lengthwise layers.
Sprinkle each layer with about 1 1/2 tablespoons of liqueur.
Cut cake into 1-inch cubes. Layer half the cake cubes, pudding, whipped cream and strawberries in 1 1/2-quart serving bowl (glass).
Repeat layering once. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
