Fried Ice Cream Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ice cream (any flavor)
    2 c. breakfast cereal flakes, crushed
    3 eggs, beaten
    sauces and condiments as desired
Preparation
    Scoop 12 (4 ounce) balls of ice cream and freeze 2 to 3 hours. Roll ice cream balls in crushed cereal.
    Dip in egg, then roll again in cereal.
    Refreeze for several hours.
    Deep-fry ice cream balls (no more than 2 at a time) for 30 to 40 seconds.
    Drain, garnish and serve immediately.
    Fun for party guests to prepare together.
