Yankee Crab Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. (2 1/2 c.) dried medium shell pasta
3/4 c. light sour cream
1/4 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce (optional)
8 oz. (1 1/2 c.) imitation crabmeat salad chunks, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
8 oz. (1 1/2 c.) cheeses, cubed 1/2-inch
1 c. celery (in 1/2-inch slices)
2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain; rinse with cold water.
In small bowl, stir together all dressing ingredients.
In large bowl, place pasta and all salad ingredients.
Add dressing; toss to coat well.
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Serve on bed of lettuce.
