Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell

Preparation

Boil potatoes in jackets; remove skins and cream while hot. Add butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
