Sour Tart Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. oleo/margarine
3 eggs
2 c. regular white sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix 2 cups flour, confectioners sugar and oleo together.
Beat eggs, sugar, lemon juice, 1/4 cup flour and baking powder.
Keep separate.
Press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan the first mixture; bake this crust at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Pour lemon mixture over this crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle additional confectioners sugar on tops.
