Pumpkin Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. pumpkin
    2 3/4 c. flour (plain)
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    (Beat after each one.)
    Blend in pumpkin.
    Add dry ingredients gradually.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Butter and flour a 1 pound empty coffee can and pour in batter.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Remove cake when cool.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cool.
