Baked Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    vegetable oil
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup milk
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 slices of cheese, cut into strips
    Paprika
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes thoroughly and rub skin with oil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Allow to cool to touch.
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Carefully hull out pulp into a large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cheese and paprika.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Stuff back into shells.
    Garnish with cheese and paprika. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
