Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2/3 c. white flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 c. honey
    1 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. walnuts
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl.
    Combine next 5 ingredients in large bowl; stir well.
    Add flour mixture and all other ingredients to egg/oil mixture and stir well.
    Prepare 3 (8-inch) cake pans by greasing pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing.
    Peel wax paper and cool.
    Frost, cover and refrigerate.
