Seafood Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or bacon drippings
    1 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 c. diced onion
    2 to 3 diced potatoes
    2 c. water
    2 c. chicken bouillon cubes
    1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
    1 (10 to 15 oz.) can condensed New England clam chowder
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. water
    1/8 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    pepper and parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in potatoes.
    Add potatoes, 2 cups water and bouillon cube.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.
    Add fish and cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except pepper and parsley.
    Simmer 10 minutes; do not boil.
    Garnish with pepper and parsley.
    Serves 6.
