Jan'S Pralined Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecans
1 egg white and 1 tsp. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Place pecans in large bowl.
Beat egg white and water until frothy.
Pour over nuts and mix with hands.
Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon and add to nuts, tossing to coat pecans.
Spread pecans on buttered baking sheet.
Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool and store in airtight container.
