Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising cornmeal
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, flour and sugar in mixer bowl.
    Mix well. Stir in buttermilk and oil.
    Pour into lightly greased loaf pans. Bake for 45 minutes or until bread tests done.
    Remove to wire racks to cool.
    Serve warm or cold.
