My Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
    3/4 to 1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 egg, beaten
    2 large pickles, copped
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small red pepper, chopped
    1 green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Combine ground beef and sausage; mix thoroughly with hand. Add pickles, onion and peppers, mixing well.
    Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; mix and form into loaf. Place in pan.
    Brush top of loaf with catsup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
