Provincetown Clam Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell with crust to cover
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 (7.5 oz.) tins minced clams
1 Tbsp. melted butter
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. clam liquor
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and pour into a deep pie shell.
Cover with upper crust and pierce top crust with a fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve with a pitcher of smooth, creamy white sauce.
