Foolproof Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix the flour, Crisco, salt and sugar with a fork until crumbly.
    Mix
    the\twater, lemon juice or vinegar and egg in a small bowl;
    add to the crumb mixture.
    Mix until dough sticks together.
    Refrigerate
    for
    15
    to
    20 minutes.
    This makes a double crust or 4 single crust pies.
