Jiffy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. squash
2 eggs, beaten
cheese (hoop type) to liking
small amount of butter
1 small onion
2 slices bread
Preparation

Boil squash and chopped onion.
Drain and return to pan.
Add eggs and butter.
Layer squash with cheese (2 layers of each, use plenty of cheese).
Crumble bread on top and pat with butter. Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown on top.
