Chicken And Rice Over Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breast, cut up
    salt and pepper
    rice
    biscuits
    small College Inn chicken broth
    poultry seasoning
    2 jars chicken gravy with bits of chicken
Preparation
    Spray pan with Pam.
    Cook chicken until white on both sides. Add salt, pepper and poultry seasonings to taste.
    Slowly pour in chicken broth.
    Cover and cook on simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add gravy.
    Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
    Make rice and biscuits.
    Place biscuits on plate.
    Pour rice, chunks of chicken and gravy over top of biscuits.
