Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 1/4 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook until boiling raisins and water.
    Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add sugar, flour, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and margarine.
    Then add 3 more tablespoons lemon juice.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
