Squash-Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            5 medium summer squash
 
2 medium onions, sliced
3 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
- 
                            In a baking dish, melt butter.
 
Make layers of squash, onion and tomatoes.
Cover and cook in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Just before serving, uncover and top with cheese; heat until cheese melts.
