Texas Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. butter, melted
    2 c. crumbled corn flakes or potato chips
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Add all the ingredients together with hash browns added last. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes or 2 cups potato chips, crushed with 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
