Buttered Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 sticks oleo
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place popped corn in large mixing bowl.
    Bring to boil, everything except vanilla and soda.
    Simmer 5 minutes while stirring.
    Remove from heat.
    Add the vanilla and soda.
    Mix well.
