Pineapple-Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped finely
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Mix cheese, crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt.
    Shape into ball; roll into remaining nuts.
    Wrap in foil.
    To serve, place on serving plate, using kale for greenery.
    Arrange slices of pineapple and cherries.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
    Refrigerate.
    Reshape and can be used several times.
