Sweet Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baked 9-inch pie crust
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    4 to 6 Vidalia onions
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese
    paprika
    parsley
Preparation
    Cook onions, sliced, about 15 minutes in small amount of oil or margarine, enough to fill pie shell.
    Mix eggs and milk; season to taste.
    Pour over onions.
    Cover with shredded cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
