Olga-Type Flatbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
4 c. flour, divided
1 egg
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

In a saucepan, scald milk.
Remove to a large bowl.
Add honey, margarine and salt to milk; stir
until margarine is melted.
Set aside to cool until milk is lukewarm.
