Coconut Crunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie crusts
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can coconut
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Melt margarine and combine all ingredients together. Pour into crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
