Berries On The Square - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 whole graham crackers, halved
    1 (6 oz. serving size) vanilla instant pudding
    2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
    1 c. finely shaped strawberries (save whole fruit for garnish)
Preparation
    Arrange 9 halves of graham crackers in bottom of a 9-inch square pan.
    Prepare pudding with 2 cups milk.
    Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
    Pour half of pudding mix over crackers.
    Place fruit on top of pudding.
    Arrange remaining 9 halves of graham crackers on top of fruit.
    Add remaining pudding mix over crackers.
    Spread Cool Whip on top.
    Garnish with whole fruit.
    Bananas or canned peaches may be substituted for berries.
