Zucchini Honey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
2 large zucchini
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. honey
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients.
Stir in pecans.
Peel zucchini.
Shred enough to measure 2 cups.
Combine zucchini and the remaining ingredients.
Add to flour mixture, stirring just enough until dry ingredients are moistened.
