Potatoes And Pennies(Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced, cold, boiled potatoes (or more)
    1 chopped medium onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced hot dogs (or less)
    3 Tbsp. fat or butter
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and onion.
    Sprinkle with flour and season with salt and pepper.
    Add milk and hot dogs.
    Put in ungreased dish.
    Dot with fat or butter.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Top with cheese.
    Makes 4 servings.
